光榮的革命：
兩個充滿活力的年輕人，布林與佩吉，他們尚未成功之初，旁人會替他們下負面的註解：過份天真、過份離奇、過份的賤踏光陰。但是，待時幾成熟且萬事俱齊的情況下，他們悄悄地在網路的天空裡，掀起一場光榮的革命，這下子，旁人又會替他們下另一方面的註解：英雄造時事，成功絕非偶然。
這是一本不太厚重的書，區區幾百頁的內容不但充實，反而給我更多的思考空間，就像摸黑尋訪點點閃動的螢火蟲之行，那下子，卻發現原來夜裡的世界是如此美麗且詳寧的，原來漆黑不完全是恐懼的，反而能讓你的耳朵張開，聽見原始的鳥叫蟲鳴，夜就像是一張黑色的大毯子，柔柔地向我覆蓋。
我們都被設定了嗎？
此書，沒有直接地教導我們，該用什麼方法才能賺取大量的財富，反倒以「設身處地」的思維，把使用者與經營者的角度互相交換，贏得了更多的支持，讓他們的事業蒸蒸日上；這給予了我很大的力量，從小的教育學習，無不在數字遊戲間迷走，大學就讀的是商學院，企業的金錢遊戲取代了電動玩具，我們必須去習慣「傳統」的求財方法，財務管理的經營策略、風險管理的躲避遊戲，讓我們已經被刻劃成兵馬俑一式的人型雕刻品，缺乏創意的學習，抛棄了許多不曾被實踐的理想，就像小時候只單純地妄想著能擁有一家糖果店，到了大學卻不得不變成連鎖食品店，就像機器娃娃一樣，一旦被按下了開關，就立刻變身為賺錢的機器，一輩子成了金錢的奴隸，銅臭味的巨浪淹沒了兒時的美夢。
浪漫看世界：
一張印上複雜線條的紙，上頭鑲著熟悉的建築物，它可以替你帶來快樂、它可以開始滿足你的好奇，那時候，我們始汲汲於得到更多的財富，賺錢不是一件低級的事，也不是一件高雅的消遣，它也可以很浪漫的存在於我們的生活之中，布林與佩吉就是一則最佳的典範。
他們的經營方法是和事業談戀愛，當然了，得到完美的婚姻生活便是最佳的財富，他們對待事業的態度十分貼心，總是替另一半著想，等到另一半願意點頭相互承諾之後，他們的幸福也就從那一刻開始。這是我的大膽假設，這個假設絕非是過份浪漫的思考，而是習於觀察的推測，布林與佩吉，改變經營者的模式，以使用者的角度思考為出發點，讓使用者的生活更加便利，姑且不論他們成功的過程，光就他們的經營態度，便讓我大感欽佩。

搜尋
搜尋的極限：
今天老師要我們思考搜尋的功能，搜尋的本意指在廣大的資訊集合裡，用最短且有效率的方法，找到符合自己意識的答案，其實搜尋也是有極限的，就像法律也有極限一般，如果沒有足夠的證據顯示，那麼也不能判定其結果；如同網路搜尋，如果沒有適當的搜尋元素，那麼也無法找到符合的資訊了。
現行的網路搜尋工具，只能針對使用者所輸入的＂關鍵字＂來進行比對，找到符合的相關資訊，老師舉例：如果今天是要搜尋一張圖片，或是搜尋一種味道，那麼以現行的技術而言，是否難以達成呢？
Google和奇摩的搜尋：
Google的搜尋介面大至上分為繁體字網頁、簡體字網頁、英文網頁，可針對閱讀者對於語言的熟悉度，選擇自己所想閱讀的資訊；Google在圖片搜尋方面，也是採用普遍的＂關鍵字＂搜尋，使用者只能依循圖片上的註解，靠著碰運氣的方式找到圖片，這個方式的效率較低，但是就如同前面所以，＂搜尋也是有極限的＂，總不可能每一張圖片都記載詳實的資訊，那似乎更浪費時間了。
奇摩的搜尋功能，做到了分門別類的目的，例如：網頁類、新聞類、圖片類、知識類、交友類、拍賣類、學術類、、、等等，但是唯我熟知的是奇摩交友的搜尋功能，奇摩交友的搜尋功能有＂特殊搜尋＂的功能，首先：其功能先設定自己的性別、年齡、條件等等，再進行搜尋的過程，這可以減少我們＂大海撈針＂所浪費的時間，在最短的時間之內找到資訊。
搜尋之於我：
以自己的經驗來說，搜尋只能找到相對符合的資訊，鮮少找到絕對符合的資訊，其實在尋找訊息之前，我們必須先對此資訊有相當程度的認識和了解，這可以增加我們判斷的能力，減少在抽絲播繭所花費的時間，然而，搜尋目前只能以＂文字＂的方式傳輸，並無法做到形、色上的辨視能力，這也許是未來科技努力的目標，但是以目前來說，搜尋的極限，大大限制了我們獲得知識的機會了。

Billy budd
Act one:
(Play music “All I Care About”) when the music is over, the commissioner passes a list to Billy and he says.
Commissioner: Are you Billy Budd?
Billy: what is this?
Commissioner: that means you must join the army immediately and you will become a navy serving our great British..
(Billy looks really surprised and shocked, and then he picks on kitbag in the light sunset sky starting the journey of navy)
n Act two:
Superior: attention, why you com here?
Billy: I…I….I am…..
Superior: just tell me what you know, or I will kick you out of the camper! Say! You say! Say!
Billy: I …. I ….am (he finds the list and passes to the superior)
Superior: follow me.
Billy: okay.
Superior: all you say here is “Yes, sir.” not okay! Got it?
Superior: yes, sir.
(Billy follows the superior get into the warship, and starts the first day in the navy.)

Billy: hello, I am Billy. Nice to meet you here. (Billy treats a cup of tea to soldier one)
Soldier one: I don’t need your tea.
2. Billy wants to sit with some soldiers in the restaurant, but they just leave changing another disk.
(One day the superior orders Billy comes to his office)
Superior: Billy, this is a letter of confidential information, right now you have to send it to this address.
Billy: Yes, sir.
Superior: go hurry!
Billy: sir. I lost the letter, I am really sorry!
Superior: what are you doing, tell me what you should to do now?
Billy: sir. I am really so sorry!
Superior: never mind! I think I could complete it and you get out of here!
Act three:
Superior: coming!
Billy: yes, sir. What’s wrong?
Superior: I don’t do understand what are you talking about?
Billy: this is the order of military, and I think I am guilty. I really want to know what’s wrong with it? I’ve remember you said that you can handle everything.
Superior: you know everyone has its own ability and I can not control everything. You should take this responsible event. All you need to do just go and do not ask me anything!
Superior: ha…ha…, everyone has different response and yours is taking unlucky events.
Billy:

官員：你是比利嗎？這是你的信。
比利：這是什麼？
官員：這是徵兵的命令，你即將成為軍人。
比利的表情非常的驚訝且誇張，在夕陽下比利背著行李，走上軍旅之途。（用卜派的音樂）
第二幕：
長官１：注意，你為何而來？
比利：我……我是…….
長官１：告訴我所有的事實，不然我幫你逐出營區，說！說！說！
比利：我是……..（比利從背包拿出徵兵令給長官看）
長官：跟我來吧，菜鳥。
比利：好。
長官：你不能說好，只能說～YES,SIR.
比利：YES,SIR.
（比利拿起背包，跟隨長官進入軍艦裡面，正式開始他的軍旅生活第一天）
一．比利：我是比利，你好？（比利拿起茶請同寮喝）
同寮１：我不需你要你的茶（把茶倒掉，自由發揮，愈賤愈好）
二．比利拿著餐盤，卻被學長打翻。
三．比利想和同寮一起吃飯，但是他們不領情。
（某一天長官命令比利到他的辦公室）
長官：比利，這封信是軍方的機密，現在你馬上把這封信，送到這個地址。
比利：是的，長官
長官：那快去快回吧，小心點，這封信真的很重要。
比利：是的，長官
〈比利心不在焉的走在道路上，走到目的地時，突然他發現自己的錢包與信件都不見了，他趕快跑回去報告長官〉
比利：長官，對不起，我把信件弄丟了……
長官：什麼?你在搞蝦米鬼，那你說現在要怎麼辦?
比利：真的很抱歉。
長官：算了….你先回去好了，我會擺平的。
〈當比利關上大門時，長官眼裡閃過ㄧ絲厲光，幾天後…….比利收到軍方審判的通知信件，這時他才發現，長官把所有的過錯，都推給了比利，比利非常氣憤的去找長官理論〉

敲門聲扣~扣~扣~
長官：請進
〈比利大力的把信件丟在昨上，比利很氣憤〉
比利：這是怎麼一回事?
長官：我不懂你在說蝦米?
比利：這是軍方的通知單，通知我接受審判的通知單，我還想問你說，這是怎麼
一回事，你不是說你會處理嗎?
長官：事實很明顯阿，就如你所看到了，所有的責任必須由你來承受，你只是個
小兵，沒必要問這麼多。
〈長官大笑〉
長官：黑鍋總要有人來背吧，我只能說，你只是比、較、倒、楣罷了，哈哈哈~
〈比利氣憤不過，與長官扭打起來，最後長官不小心被毆打致死……比利受到嚴厲的軍法審判，最後被處以死刑。〉

〈替他執行絞刑的執法官在比利死之後，看見比利的身上散發出一道柔和的光茫，這道光茫像是一把通往心靈良知的鑰匙一般，打開每一個人內心的道德與寬恕的大門，在場的每一個人都流下了懊悔的眼淚，比利就像鐘擺一樣在徐徐的晚風中擺盪，他靜靜地、慢慢地停了下來，不再擺動了。〉

有一天，比利的長官命令他去執行一項極為機密的行動，這項行動是不容給第三者知道的，比利把這道命令視為受長官肯定的代表，即使比利的內心認知與天生道德觀是背道而馳，並且萬般反抗的，但是比利還是遵循著軍人的義務：沒有拒絕，只有絕對的服從。因此他也踏上了死亡的路途。
第三幕：
比利原本以為完成任務後，迎向他的是一次又一次的歡呼與稱讚，但是他眼前所面對的竟然是一次又一次的指責和冷冰冰的軍法審判室，比利的上司出賣了他，他們起了嚴重的爭執，比利在極度憤怒時與緊張時，他會不由自主的開始結巴，因此他的上司也完全聽不懂他的解釋，比利氣壞了，他一拳打向上司，上司被他這麼一打便一命鳴呼，比利受到嚴厲的軍法審判，最後被處以死刑。

比利是一位在漁船上工作的漁夫，他無時無刻散發著善良且貼近人心的特質，讓他身邊的每一個人，都漸漸染受到快樂的氣氛，尤其當他在小船上工作時，他的伙伴們更是對他讚不絕口，然而在那個紛亂的時代裡，這般完美的人格，卻不僅僅只在小小的地方發揮，因此他被港口的官員選去當兵，開始了他的軍旅人生。
第二幕：
比利被派到一艘艦艇上，他還是一貫地向每個人展現樂觀且關心的相處之道，然而，每一個生活環境各有不同，在其他的同寮眼中，他的樂觀與關心，卻被視為討人歡心的下流舉動，因此他也第一次嘗試到受人排擠的感覺了。
有一天，比利的長官命令他去執行一項極為機密的行動，這項行動是不容給第三者知道的，比利把這道命令視為受長官肯定的代表，即使比利的內心認知與天生道德觀是背道而馳，並且萬般反抗的，但是比利還是遵循著軍人的義務：沒有拒絕，只有絕對的服從。因此他也踏上了死亡的路途。
第三幕：
比利原本以為完成任務後，迎向他的是一次又一次的歡呼與稱讚，但是他眼前所面對的竟然是一次又一次的指責和冷冰冰的軍法審判室，比利的上司出賣了他，他們起了嚴重的爭執，比利在極度憤怒時與緊張時，他會不由自主的開始結巴，因此他的上司也完全聽不懂他的解釋，比利氣壞了，他一拳打向上司，上司被他這麼一打便一命鳴呼，比利受到嚴厲的軍法審判，最後被處以死刑。
替他執行絞刑的執法官在比利死之後，看見比利的身上散發出一道柔和的光茫，這道光茫像是一把通往心靈良知的鑰匙一般，打開每一個人內心的道德與寬恕的大門，在場的每一個人都流下了懊悔的眼淚，比利就像鐘擺一樣在徐徐的晚風中擺盪，他靜靜地、慢慢地停了下來，不再擺動了。

oral test 2007 (part2)
Ken: Did you ever think about what kind of jobs you want to do after you graduate?
April: Yes、I’ve always wanted to fly an airplane.
Ken: You mean becoming a pilot、right? That’s a tough job to do and it requires a longer training than most other jobs.
April: It is nothing compares with the fun I will have.
Ken: Many people think pilot is a remarkable job because they can get a high wage and enjoy flying the same time. However、I think it’s dangerous because it’s hard to predict what is going to happen in the air. Also the job itself has many discriminatory traditions such as an all-male domination environment. It’s an unbreakable rule、you know.
April: Let me break this rule.
Ken: The job requires a lot of physical strength and you will be in charged of thousands of lives. You would probably undergo a great deal of stress in you are going to take this job.
April: Don’t think so negative. I am rather optimistic.
Ken: what if there is a hijack、what are you going to do?
April: Well… let them fly my plane then.
Ken: Why?
April: Hurting other people is not my nature; I am harmless.
Ken: Ha…at least that’s an honest answer、but I am getting the idea about why there hasn’t been any female pilot before.
April: What are the necessities or qualities pilots need to have?
Ken: I think they need a good sense judgment、the crisis analysis skill and a well-built body.
April: I think I am strong enough、don’t you think so? And I mean muscular、not fat、okay?
Ken: No doubt about that.
April: However、I think I will be better off if I am a flight hostess because I might have a chance to know someone rich and famous in that case.
Ken: May god blesses you、material girl.
